Delivery Options

The delivery options offered to you will depend on your location which you selected from the map the first time you used the online catalogue. If you need to change your country click on the "Change country" link at the bottom of the page containing the delivery options (this link is also on the first search screen).
The delivery options are:

UK

• Standard Delivery (3-5 working days from receipt of order): 5% of order value (minimum charge £1, maximum charge £10)
• Next Day Delivery (Please note that orders for next day delivery must be received by 12:00 (noon). Deliveries will be made between 09:00 and 17:30 the following day (Monday to Friday only) and must be signed for on receipt. Regrettably it is not possible to guarantee next day delivery for addresses in the North of Scotland.): UK Standard + £6.50

Europe

• Surface Mail: 10% of order value (minimum charge £2.95, maximum charge £20)


• Airmail: Europe Standard + £6.50

USA/Canada

• UPS 2nd Day (US) Available in all US states and territories; not available in Canada $9.00 for 1st book; $1.50 for each additional book Allow 2-3 business days for shipping
• UPS Ground (US) Only available in the Continental US $4.00 for 1st book; $1.00 for each additional book Allow 5-7 business days for shipping
• UPS Ground (Canada) Not available to Yukon and Northwest Territories $10.00 for 1st book; $1.50 for each additional book Allow 7-10 business days for shipping
• CANPAR (Canada) Not available to Yukon and Northwest Territories $5.00 for 1st book; $1.50 for each additional book Allow 2-3 weeks for shipping

Rest of World

• Airmail: 15% of order value (minimum charge £6.50, maximum charge £30)
• In addition, if you have specific delivery requirements not covered by the options shown above you have the option to contact our Customer Services Department who will be delighted to provide you with a bespoke estimate.
